The main villain of the film, Ultron is EVIL af. But he's also a creation of Tony Stark's and infused with Loki's scepter and stuff, so it makes sense that's he's kinda bad. It's not his fault, he was constructed that way. But still — EVIL.

Thanos is officially the laziest heffa in the Marvel universe. At the end, he finally picks up his glove after making cameos in 700 movies and is like, "I guess I'll do it myself." MAYBE YOU SHOULD, BRO.

Realizing he should probably just surrender to the Avengers was hilarious, but also, he's still kinda evil and working for Hydra. Not that Hydras are ALL that bad. I'm sure they have some nice members! No judgment.
